GOOD LIFE GYMNASTICS – TERMS & CONDITIONS

Last updated: September 2026

By booking a trial, joining a class, purchasing a subscription, or booking a holiday camp, booster course or other activity with Good Life Gymnastics, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

TRIAL CLASSES

One-off trial classes can be booked through our website for any available session. Trial prices may vary depending on the class, venue or promotional offer available at the time of booking.

Trial payments are non-refundable.

If you need to rearrange your trial, you must email info@goodlifegymnastics.com at least 2 days before the scheduled session.

Trials can only be rearranged once and any alternative session is subject to availability.

If less than 2 days' notice is provided, or your child does not attend their booked trial, the trial payment will be forfeited and a new trial will need to be booked and paid for.

AFTER YOUR TRIAL

Your child's place is guaranteed until the end of the evening on the date of their trial, giving you time after the session to decide whether you would like to join.

Following your trial, you will receive an invitation by email from info@goodlifegymnastics.com to accept or decline the available space.

To secure the place, you must accept the invitation and complete the required joining process by the end of the trial date.

After this time, the place is no longer guaranteed and may be offered to another child or family on the waiting list.

If you cannot see the invitation in your inbox after your child's trial, please check your junk/spam folder and contact us if necessary.

JOINING FEE & ANNUAL MEMBERSHIP FEE

To cover insurance, administration and membership setup costs, the following fees apply.

JOINING FEE

A one-off Joining Fee applies to all new and returning members when joining or rejoining Good Life Gymnastics.

The Joining Fee is non-refundable.

ANNUAL MEMBERSHIP FEE

An Annual Membership Fee is charged per child each membership year to cover insurance, administration and membership costs.

The Annual Membership Fee is non-refundable.

MULTIPLE CLASS & SIBLING DISCOUNT

Good Life Gymnastics offers a 10% discount where the same family has more than one eligible monthly class subscription.

This applies where:

  • two or more siblings from the same family have monthly class subscriptions; or
  • the same child attends two or more weekly classes on monthly subscriptions.

NEW DISCOUNT ARRANGEMENTS

For new Multiple Class or Sibling Discount arrangements from September 2026 onwards, the 10% discount will be applied to the lower-priced eligible subscription.

Where two eligible subscriptions are the same price, the 10% discount will be applied to one of the subscriptions.

EXAMPLES

If two siblings each have a class subscription of £57 per month, one subscription will be charged at £57 and the other will receive the 10% discount.

If one subscription is £57 per month and another is £114 per month, the 10% discount will be applied to the £57 subscription, as this is the lower-priced subscription.

The same principle applies where the same child attends more than one weekly class.

EXISTING DISCOUNT ARRANGEMENTS

Families who already had a Multiple Class or Sibling Discount arrangement in place before the introduction of this policy will keep their existing discount arrangement for as long as their current combination of subscriptions remains unchanged.

We will not move or recalculate an existing discount simply because another subscription within the family is lower priced.

CHANGES TO YOUR SUBSCRIPTIONS

If there is a change to the family's combination of eligible subscriptions, the whole discount arrangement will be reassessed using the current Multiple Class & Sibling Discount policy.

This includes where a family:

  • adds an additional class;
  • adds a sibling;
  • cancels one of their classes;
  • transfers to a different class or subscription type; or
  • makes another change that affects the combination or price of their eligible subscriptions.

Following a reassessment, the 10% discount will be applied to the lower-priced eligible subscription within the new combination.

This means that an existing discount arrangement may change if the family's combination of subscriptions changes.

WHAT THE DISCOUNT APPLIES TO

The 10% discount applies to eligible ongoing monthly class subscriptions only.

It does not apply to trial classes, Joining Fees, Annual Membership Fees, holiday camps, booster courses, merchandise or Annual Subscription Plans unless specifically stated otherwise.

WEEKLY CLASSES – SUBSCRIPTIONS & PAYMENTS

Good Life Gymnastics classes operate during our published scheduled class weeks.

Depending on the venue, classes run for approximately 36–38 scheduled class weeks per year.

The annual cost of your child's scheduled class weeks is spread evenly across 12 monthly payments, including school holiday periods and August when regular classes may not be running.

YOUR MONTHLY PAYMENT IS NOT PAYMENT FOR THE INDIVIDUAL CLASSES TAKING PLACE WITHIN THAT CALENDAR MONTH

Instead, each monthly subscription payment is an instalment towards the annual cost of your child's place and their scheduled class weeks.

This means:

  • monthly payments remain the same regardless of how many scheduled class weeks fall within a particular calendar month;
  • payments continue during school holidays and August;
  • a month containing fewer scheduled classes does not result in a reduced monthly payment or refund; and
  • published school holidays and scheduled breaks are not class cancellations.

MONTHLY SUBSCRIPTION PAYMENTS

Monthly subscription payments are taken on the 1st of each month.

Your child's membership automatically continues and their place is retained until you cancel in accordance with the Cancellation of Monthly Subscriptions section below.

COVER PAYMENTS FOR NEW STARTERS

If your child joins part-way through a payment period, an additional one-off cover payment may be added to the first bill to cover scheduled classes taking place before the first regular monthly subscription payment is processed.

SCHEDULED CLASS DATES

Your child's scheduled class weeks and dates are published on our website and/or through your Good Life Gymnastics account.

Your child is automatically re-enrolled in their current class while their subscription remains active.

You do not need to rebook your child's place each term.

If you wish to leave, you must cancel your subscription in accordance with the cancellation procedure below.

ATTENDANCE, MISSED CLASSES & REFUNDS

Your child's subscription reserves their place in their specific weekly class.

If your child misses their normal class for any reason, including:

  • illness;
  • holidays;
  • school activities;
  • family commitments;
  • birthday parties;
  • transport difficulties; or
  • other personal circumstances,

we are unable to offer a refund, account credit, temporary transfer or replacement class.

Your child's class place remains reserved for them regardless of whether they attend.

Absence from classes does not pause or cancel your subscription.

If your child is unable to participate for an extended period because of a significant injury or medical reason, please email info@goodlifegymnastics.com and we will be happy to discuss the circumstances with you.

CLASSES CANCELLED BY GOOD LIFE GYMNASTICS

Occasionally, Good Life Gymnastics may need to cancel a scheduled class due to unforeseen circumstances such as venue closure, staff illness, severe weather, safety concerns or circumstances outside our control.

Where Good Life Gymnastics cancels a scheduled class, we will aim to provide a make-up session whenever possible.

MAKE-UP PROCEDURE

A make-up session may be provided by:

  • adding an additional class at the end of a scheduled class period;
  • arranging a replacement class on another date;
  • extending or adjusting the scheduled class calendar;
  • offering a suitable replacement session at another time or venue; or
  • another reasonable replacement arrangement determined by Good Life Gymnastics.

The date, time and/or venue of a make-up session may differ from your child's normal session.

Parents will be notified of the make-up arrangements once these have been confirmed.

IF YOU CANNOT ATTEND THE MAKE-UP SESSION

Once Good Life Gymnastics has offered a make-up session for a class that we cancelled, that session is considered the replacement for the cancelled class.

If your child is unable to attend the offered make-up session, we cannot provide a refund, credit or additional make-up session.

Where exceptional circumstances mean that we are unable to provide a make-up session, Good Life Gymnastics will determine the appropriate resolution based on the circumstances.

CLASS TRANSFERS

If you would like your child to move to another class, time or venue, please email info@goodlifegymnastics.com.

Transfers are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.

Your child should continue attending their existing class until their transfer has been confirmed.

Where the new class has a different subscription price, the appropriate subscription rate will be applied to subsequent billing.

If the transfer changes a family's combination of subscriptions, any applicable Multiple Class or Sibling Discount will be reassessed in accordance with the current discount policy.

FAILED OR MISSED PAYMENTS

Parents and guardians are responsible for ensuring subscription payments are successfully made when due.

If we are unable to collect your subscription payment before your child's next class, your child may not be permitted to attend until the outstanding payment has been resolved.

Continued non-payment may result in the subscription being cancelled and the class place being offered to another child.

Payment details can be updated using the link provided in emails from our booking system. If you do not receive a link, please contact info@goodlifegymnastics.com.

Cancelling your Direct Debit, card payment or other payment instruction does not cancel your Good Life Gymnastics membership.

You must follow the cancellation procedure below.

CANCELLATION OF MONTHLY SUBSCRIPTIONS

We're very sorry to see you go.

Our classes are planned on a yearly basis and your child's membership operates as a rolling subscription. Your child is automatically re-enrolled while their subscription remains active.

Good Life Gymnastics operates a monthly cancellation notice cycle.

IMPORTANT – PLEASE READ THIS CAREFULLY

Your membership does not end one month from the date you submit your cancellation.

To enter the current month's cancellation cycle, we must receive your completed cancellation form by:

5:00PM ON THE 27TH OF THE MONTH

If your cancellation is received by this deadline:

  • your next monthly subscription payment will still be taken on the 1st of the following month;
  • this will be your final monthly subscription payment; and
  • your child can continue attending their normal class until the end of that final paid month.

Depending on when you submit your cancellation, there may therefore be up to approximately 8 weeks between submitting your cancellation and your child's membership ending.

CANCELLATION EXAMPLES

EXAMPLE 1 – CANCELLATION SUBMITTED EARLY IN THE MONTH

If you submit your cancellation on 3 March:

  • your cancellation is received before the 27 March deadline;
  • your final subscription payment is taken on 1 April; and
  • your child can continue attending until 30 April.

Your membership therefore does not finish on 3 April.

EXAMPLE 2 – CANCELLATION SUBMITTED ON THE DEADLINE

If you submit your cancellation before 5:00pm on 27 March:

  • your final subscription payment is taken on 1 April; and
  • your child can continue attending until 30 April.

EXAMPLE 3 – CANCELLATION SUBMITTED AFTER THE DEADLINE

If you submit your cancellation on 28 March:

  • you have missed the March cancellation deadline;
  • your cancellation enters the April cancellation cycle;
  • your April subscription remains payable;
  • your final payment will be taken on 1 May; and
  • your child can continue attending until 31 May.

Submitting your cancellation after the 27th can therefore result in an additional monthly payment becoming due.

HOW TO CANCEL

All monthly subscription cancellations must be submitted using the official Cancellation Form on the Contact Us page of the Good Life Gymnastics website.

Notice given:

  • verbally to a coach or member of staff;
  • by telephone;
  • by email;
  • by text message;
  • by WhatsApp; or
  • through social media

does not constitute cancellation of your subscription.

Cancelling or blocking your Direct Debit, card payment or other payment instruction also does not constitute cancellation and does not remove any outstanding subscription payments due.

Once your cancellation has been processed, you will receive confirmation of the date your child's subscription will end.

If you do not receive confirmation, please contact us to follow up.

Your child may continue attending their normal class until the end of their final paid membership period.

Returning members are not guaranteed their previous place and may need to join a waiting list.

ANNUAL SUBSCRIPTION PLAN

The Annual Subscription Plan is available to current members only.

Payment is taken on 1 September and the plan automatically renews annually.

If you wish to switch from an Annual Subscription Plan back to a Monthly Subscription Plan for the following academic year, you must email info@goodlifegymnastics.com by 31 July.

Requests received after 31 July will not be processed for the upcoming renewal.

CANCELLING AN ANNUAL SUBSCRIPTION

If you are cancelling for the next academic year, you must notify us by 31 July to avoid automatic renewal on 1 September.

For mid-year cancellations, the following refund policy applies:

CANCELLATION UP TO 30 SEPTEMBER

Annual fee minus the cost of the monthly plan to date = refund.

CANCELLATION FROM 1 OCTOBER TO 30 APRIL

50% of the monthly rate × the number of months remaining = refund.

CANCELLATION FROM 1 MAY TO 31 AUGUST

No refund is available.

After submitting your cancellation form, you will receive a confirmation email stating when your subscription will end.

If you do not receive confirmation, please contact us to follow up.

Returning members may be placed on a waiting list as places are subject to availability.

DROP-OFF & PICK-UP

Please bring your child into the building and ensure they are handed over to one of our coaches.

Good Life Gymnastics cannot take responsibility for children who are dropped off outside the venue or left to make their own way into the building.

If your child is permitted to walk home alone or meet you outside the venue, written permission must be emailed to info@goodlifegymnastics.com in advance.

This also applies to after-school clubs, even where permission has already been provided separately to the school.

Parents and guardians are responsible for collecting children promptly at the end of their session.

HOLIDAY CAMPS & BOOSTER COURSES

Holiday camps, booster courses and other one-off activities are separate from regular weekly class subscriptions.

CANCELLATIONS

The following cancellation policy applies:

14 days or more before the booking:

Full refund.

7–13 days before the booking:

95% refund. A 5% administration fee will be retained.

72 hours–6 days before the booking:

No refund, but a transfer to another available session within the same holiday period may be possible, subject to availability.

Less than 72 hours before the booking:

No refund or transfer.

All cancellation requests for camps and booster courses must be emailed to info@goodlifegymnastics.com.

We will always try to help in cases of genuine need, but the cancellation timings above are firm.

REARRANGING A CAMP OR BOOSTER COURSE

Bookings can only be rearranged where we receive at least 72 hours' notice before the start date.

Notice must be given between Monday and Friday and before 12:00pm on Fridays.

We cannot rearrange or refund bookings:

  • after the 72-hour window; or
  • during the final two days of the camp period.

Failure to attend a booked camp or course does not result in a refund or credit.

CLOTHING RETURNS

We do not offer returns on Good Life Gymnastics merchandise purchased at our venues.

Please check the item, including the size and condition, before taking it home.

PERSONAL BELONGINGS

Please ensure that your child's belongings are clearly labelled.

Good Life Gymnastics cannot accept responsibility for personal belongings that are lost, misplaced or left behind at our venues.

CHANGES TO CLASSES & VENUES

Occasionally, operational circumstances may require us to change a coach, class timetable, teaching space or venue.

Where possible, we will provide parents with advance notice of significant changes.

POLICY UPDATES

Good Life Gymnastics may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time to reflect changes to our classes, fees, membership structure, discounts or operating procedures.

The latest version of the Terms & Conditions will be available on our website.
